Official Contest Rules and Regulations
Participation in the Gulf Pure Cleaning Services ("Sponsor") Free Cleaning Contest ("Contest") constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
1. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on [Start Date placeholder - will assume this started recently] and ends at 11:59 PM GST on November 30, 2024.
2. Eligibility:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gulf Pure Cleaning Services, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Eligible entrants must complete the official entry form located on this webpage (#entry-form section) during the Contest Period. Entrants must provide all information requested on the form, including but not limited to Full Name and Email Address. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Limit one (1) official entry per person throughout the Contest Period. Additional opportunities for entries, if any (e.g., via social media sharing), will be explicitly announced by the Sponsor and will be subject to specific instructions provided at that time. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) professional cleaning service from Gulf Pure Cleaning Services. The service is applicable to either a residential property (apartment or villa) or a commercial office space located within the Emirate of Dubai. The maximum size of the property covered by the prize is 1500 square feet. The service includes standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, kitchen and bathroom sanitization. Additional specialized cleaning requests (e.g., carpet shampooing, external window cleaning, deep appliance cleaning) are NOT included and would require separate booking and payment. The estimated value of the prize is AED 800. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Scheduling of the service is subject to Gulf Pure Cleaning Services' availability and must be redeemed within three (3) months following the winner announcement date. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
5. Winner Selection:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the Contest end date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Requirements:
The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days following the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours of the time it was sent, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The potential winner may be required to provide further information to verify eligibility and may need to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within a specified time period. If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time period, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
7. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gulf Pure Cleaning Services and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Gulf Pure Cleaning Services to use winner's name, likeness, and testimonial for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Gulf Pure Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Gulf Pure Cleaning Services' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Gulf Pure Cleaning Services in its sole discretion. Gulf Pure Cleaning Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Gulf Pure Cleaning Services Privacy Policy available at ./privacy.html. By entering, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law:
The Contest is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
